WHEN IS BLACK FRIDAY?

Black Friday officially falls on Friday November 24 this year, but we are expecting to see some retailers start their sales several weeks early. In our experience, the best offers are still reserved for Black Friday itself, though these deals also tend to sell out faster.

WHAT IS BLACK FRIDAY?

Black Friday is a shopping event that started in the US, but has steadily grown the become the biggest sale on the Australian calendar. Nearly every major retailer takes part in the event, making it a great time to grab a bargain on everything from tech gadgets to beauty products.

Many shoppers use it as an opportunity to bag Christmas presents at bargain prices, while others take advantage of the tech and appliance deals to snag high-ticket items like TVs, laptops, washing machines and fridges.

With the cost of living skyrocketing, the sales could also present a great opportunity to stock up on essentials at reduced prices.
